Orders & Processing

How long does order processing take?

We process and fulfill most orders within 4-6 business days. This includes design review (1-2 days), premium printing (2-3 days), and quality inspection and packaging (1 day). During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Can I place a custom order?

Absolutely! We specialize in custom code posters. Use our builder tool to create your design with your own code, choose themes, colors, and sizes. Our team carefully crafts each custom poster.

Can I return my poster?

Custom orders cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping. Pre-made posters may be returned within 30 days if damaged. Please review your custom design carefully before ordering.

How do I pay for my order?

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit cards and debit cards. We do not store your complete card information on our servers.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship only to the European Union and select European countries including Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the UK. See our Shipping Policy for the complete list.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 5-12 business days after your order is processed. Total time from order to delivery is typically 9-18 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination country and poster size. Rates range from €10-€55. The exact cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Do I have to pay customs fees?

For non-EU countries (Norway, Switzerland, UK), you may be required to pay customs duties or import taxes upon delivery. These fees are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping costs.

How will my poster be packaged?

All posters are carefully rolled and shipped in sturdy protective tubes to prevent damage during transit. Each order undergoes quality inspection before packaging to ensure it meets our high standards.

Can I track my order?

Yes! You'll receive email updates at each stage: order confirmation, design approval, printing, and shipping. Once shipped, you'll receive tracking information to monitor your delivery.

What paper quality do you use?

We use premium 200gsm satin paper for all prints, providing excellent color reproduction and durability. Our eco-solvent printing technology ensures vibrant colors that won't fade over time.

What sizes are available?

We offer three sizes: Small (30x40 cm), Medium (50x70 cm), and Large (70x100 cm). Each size can be customized with your choice of code, themes, and colors.

Can I customize colors and themes?

Yes! Our builder offers multiple color themes including Nord, Monokai, Dracula, Ayu, and more. You can customize syntax highlighting, background colors, and typography to match your preferences.

How much code can fit on a poster?

This depends on poster size and font size. Generally, small posters fit 50-80 lines, medium posters fit 100-150 lines, and large posters can accommodate 150-250 lines while maintaining readability.

Can I get syntax highlighting?

Absolutely! All code posters include professional syntax highlighting. We support most popular programming languages including JavaScript, Python, Java, C++, Go, Rust, and many more.

How do I care for my poster?

Keep your poster away from direct sunlight and moisture. Use UV-protective glass when framing. Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth if needed. Proper care will keep your poster vibrant for years.

Privacy & Your Data

Who owns my submitted code?

You retain all ownership rights to your code. We only use your submitted content to create and deliver your ordered poster. We don't claim ownership or share your code with anyone. See our Terms of Service.

What personal data do you collect?

We collect only what's necessary: your name, email, shipping address, and order details. Payment information is securely processed by Stripe and never stored on our servers. Read our Privacy Policy.

Do you use cookies?

We use minimal cookies: a CSRF security token and first-party analytics. We don't use third-party advertising trackers. Your cart is saved in browser local storage. See our Cookie Policy.

Can I request my data be deleted?

Yes, slight variations can occur due to monitor calibration and printing processes. We use professional color management to ensure the best possible match to your preview.
