Order Processing

We aim to process and fulfill most orders within 4-6 business days. Each poster goes through our careful manual process including design review (1-2 days), premium printing (2-3 days), and quality inspection and packaging (1 day) to ensure your design is reproduced perfectly.

Processing times may vary during peak periods (such as holidays) or if you've ordered multiple items. We'll notify you of any delays and keep you informed at each stage via email.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

The shipping cost is determined by two factors:

  • Your destination country
  • The largest poster size in your order

Small posters (40x30 cm):€6.60 - €23.10
Medium posters (70x50 cm):€6.88 - €28.60
Large posters (100x70 cm):€6.88 - €28.60

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance procedures or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Destinations

We offer shipping to the following countries:

Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and United Kingdom.

At this time, we do not ship outside of the European Union and select European countries.

Tracking & Confirmation

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. You can track your package at any time by clicking the tracking link in your confirmation email.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Custom/Personalized Posters

We do not accept returns on custom or personalized posters as they are made specifically to your design specifications and are considered final sale. Each custom poster is uniquely created with your personal code, design choices, and specifications.

Pre-Made Posters

We accept returns if the item is unused and in its original condition. To be eligible for a return:

  • The poster must be in its original condition i.e. undamaged)
  • The poster must be returned in its original packaging
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item

Damaged or Defective Items

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@mycode.art with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We will provide a full refund or replacement regardless of whether the item is custom or pre-made.
