Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

At MyCode.Art, each poster is custom printed to order with the highest quality standards. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed, printed, and prepared for shipping.

During high-volume periods (such as holidays) or for large custom orders, processing times may be extended slightly. We'll always notify you if there are any unexpected delays in processing your order.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping

Delivery in 5-7 business days

  • United States: $5.99
  • Free on orders over $75

Expedited Shipping

Delivery in 2-3 business days

  • United States: $12.99
  • Free on orders over $150

International Shipping

Delivery in 7-14 business days (varies by location)

  • Canada & Mexico: $15.99
  • Europe: $19.99
  • Rest of World: $24.99

Note: International customers may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance procedures for international shipments or other factors outside our control.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. You can track your package at any time by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email or by logging into your account on our website.

4. Packaging

We take great care in packaging your posters to ensure they arrive in perfect condition:

  • All posters are carefully rolled and inserted into protective tubes
  • Tubes are secured with end caps to prevent damage during transit
  • Packages include clear unrolling instructions for properly handling your poster
  • We use eco-friendly packaging materials whenever possible

5. Address Changes & Undeliverable Packages

If you need to change your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at support@mycode.art. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that we can change the shipping address once an order has been processed.

If your package is returned to us because it couldn't be delivered (incorrect address, not claimed, etc.), we'll contact you to arrange reshipment. Please note that you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit:

  • Please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date
  • We may require photos of damaged items for insurance purposes
  • We'll work with you to resolve the issue by either replacing the item or providing a refund

For packages that show as delivered but you haven't received, please check with neighbors, your building management, or local post office first, as packages are sometimes left in secure locations or with neighbors when you're not available to accept delivery.
